The payment is made upon arrival, because Cabrio Aparthotel doesn't have a 24 hour reception.
The rates include VAT and city tax. The rates and conditions can be changed without notification at any moment.
The rates remain valid based on availability and can be negotiated depending on duration of stay and number of people.
Studio Apartments can accommodate 2 persons and the One Bedroom Apartment can accommodate 4 persons.
Long Stay Apartments for Rent
We offer the possibility to rent Studio Apartments for a longer period (1-3 months, 6 months or 12 months). The rates for long stay apartments for rent are:

The Studio Apartments have between 37 and 40 sqm.
Rates include:
- Maintenance costs (electricity, gas, water, garbage disposal, TV cable, wireless internet)
- Free Parking in front of the building
- Change of towels twice a week
- Apartment cleaning once a week
- Washing and ironing once a week
- On-site guest self-laundry facilities (washing machine) - hours of operation: 8AM-4PM
- Hair dryer, iron/ironing board
- Supplies (trash bags, sponge and dishwashing liquid, bulbs, shower gel, liquid soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent and fabric softener)
